Randy McDonald has been a coach and mentor for
over twenty years. In 1981, he established a life goal to Motivate,
Coach and Help others.
Randy's childhood was not an easy one. For example,
the family traveled so much that he was forced to attend 11
different grammar schools in a single school year. Another example
is living with his mother and 4 sisters in a leaky convertible
with only carrots and peanut butter to eat. He also spent six
months in an orphanage at age six.
Randy "Found His Spark" and went from
that childhood, to earning four academic degrees, culminating
with a PhD in Computer Education. He has also been very successful
in the Business world, where he has over 22 years of functional
management experience and exceptional credentials, including
executive positions with several San Francisco Bay area Fortune
500 companies and Colorado-based companies. So he understands
the issues and problems associated with shouldering such responsibility.
He has also founded several successful small businesses and
understands those challenges as well.
And yes! He has also experienced burnout and
"Lost his Spark." He did, however, "Get It Back!"
He will share exciting insights and ideas in his seminars and
as your coach.
Randy is happily married to the love of his life and knows what it takes to have a wonderful, loving relationship, having had his share of less than perfect ones until he finally learned enough to make this one work.
During the last several years, he has devoted
himself to learning from the "Masters" in the area
of Motivation and Coaching, including attending Anthony Robbins'
Mastery University and Leadership University, where he learned
how to use the same techniques that Tony uses to affect lasting,
permanent change.
Randy had his own weekly television program.
It was a Series of Motivational Seminars, which aired every
Thursday between 7:00-7:30 PM and reached the entire Tri-Valley
area.
Randy is founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
In his life, he has risen from being dirt poor
to being well educated, and well paid. So he does relate to
where you are in life and knows how to help you excel at work
and play!
