What does a business
Coach do?
A business coach understands business systems and the framework
of business, politics, people and effective strategies. A business
coach works with the business owner(s), CEO, executive or executive
team to:
- Help
establish a values-based vision and the clear sense of direction
to achieve it!
- Identify
the gap between "where the organization is" and "where
it should be"
- Help
identify "what matters most" to the organization
- Help
management to develop the strategies to move forward in the
areas that matter most
- Through
mediation, mentoring and coaching dissolve barriers and blocks
to success
- Improve
communications and relationships leading the organization to
greater productivity, higher loyalty, (both ways), better employee
retention, and creating a culture that enhances the work environment
for everyone!

What
kinds of issues does a business coach help with?
This
is determined by the needs of the business and the business
owner. Coaching is highly individual, flexible and tailored.
The aim of each coaching session is client-driven. It might
be learning how to delegate, how to hire the right employees,
how to manage employees with ease and confidence, how to feel
less overwhelmed. It might be learning how to put effective
policies and processes into place that will allow the owner
to have more time to do what he/she does best. It often includes
helping the owner position the business to achieve the next
level of success.
